I pulled this off of ign.com, my premeire source for all things video games, gear, and entertainment. I reccommend buying the insider subscription because then you get all the cool videos and guides and such. And now that the commercial is done (if anyone at IGN is reading this, you're welcome...although I'm posting this without permission from your site, so actually, please don't arrest me or sue me....I love you guys, and am just spreading your love around the world....plus, it's oen of the free stories). It's rather interesting. So here we go:

Check this:
Earthstation 5 today declares war against the sex industry for all the sex located on the internet. "One way to put these sex companies out of business is by giving it away for FREE," said Ras Kabair, president of Palestine based EarthStation 5.

Effective immediately, Earthstation 5 will give away ten FREE sex channels of live sex and the naked news for FREE to the world. There will be no CREDIT cards, no phone dialers, no pop-up ad's, no spyware and there will be no other form of payment required by any user.

Earthstation 5 has grown from a simple P2P network to the largest P2P portal in the world with an average of 11,536,240 simultaneous users online at any given moment of the day or night. Currently, new users are downloading Earthstation 5 software located at http://www.earthstation5.com/ on an average of 500,000 times per day in the 18 languages that Earthstation 5 currently offers.

One-reason users are using Earthstation 5 instead of the other peer to peer (P2P) programs is because of our stealth technology. Other P2P company's claim to have security, but in the end we are the only ones that can't be breached!

We wrote our software with security as our top priority. On top of that, all the other P2P companies have to worry about being sued by the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) and the Record Industry Association of America (RIAA). At the Jenin Refuge Camp, we don't worry about those kinds of problems.

"Resistance is futile and we are now in control," says Ras Kabir.

Is that something special or what?
-- M. The "hunters" also have the option of mounting the women like real hunting, but in Vegas that means stuffing them with "Mr. Willie." We would put H&R Block and many other accountants and IRS agents out of work. But in Russia, and some eastern european countries, these kinds of interest groups that have a stake in high tax rates have not had decades to build up and lobby the government, and therefore many of these contries have swithched to a flat tax. Russia has a 13% flat tax and last year witnessed a 40% increase in revenue from personal income taxes, partially due to an improved economy, but also due to people actually paying their taxes cause they are simple. Think about the impact that a flat tax would have in the US, we would not need as many IRS agents, more people would pay their taxes, and pay them on time, and April 15th would not seem half as nasty as it does now. Of course many people would be out of a job. I wounder if there is a way to switch to a flat tax in the US. Any ideas?

Hey Rod, did you win this lunch?

From the BISONline regarding the Supreme Court uphodling affirmative action: "Our main goal is to create a class in which students can learn from each other and explore new viewpoints," said Thiede (VP of enrollment management and communications). In his defense he did do much fundraising, and my understanding is that he was largely responsible for helping us meet that milestone that was marked by the unanounced fireworks display. I also heard that his health was very poor.

To be honest, I didn't really like Steph. I certainly thought he was respectable and very good hearted, but he really didn't do anything that I can attribute to him. I remember him giving that book to Dick Grasso, and I remember hearing him speak at graduation. Chris and I spoke to him at homecoming, but that's it. That ten-year plan is falling apart, and argueably there is more unrest on campus now than any other time I can recall (with the exception of the riot). Ofcourse that unrest is Steph's fault. I think more of it is the new conservatism revival spawned by nonsensical ravings of leftist administers (think words you can't say on campus). With that, I agree with Matt and must worry about who they will choose next. I have some fears that they may bring on board an anti-free-speech ramrod to wipe out some of the unrest.

On a happier note, Hillary Clinton's book is released soon. I've been hearing excerpts on the news this morning, and I can't wait. To tell you the truth, I have next to no interest. The book, of course, will be on the NYT top ten for some time. Luckily Anne Coulter has a book coming out also, so a little competition is in store for the junior senator from New York.

Finally on this rainy morning I'm going to leave you with a little something C-span had on this past weekend. No, not the O'Reily vs. Franken rumble, but the author of Dereliction of Duty. He was one of 5 military aides to the president, so in short was responsible for carrying the nuclear football that stays with the president at all times. He had first hand knowledge of the ways in which Clinton operated. The first story that he opened up with is Clinton refusing to take a call from Sandy Berger, NSA Director, dealing with the orders for weapons' release with planes flying in the air above Iraq. The strikes were to stop Saddam from killings the Kurds. Berger called three times. Each time Clinton said no to his military aide, and grew more and more agitated with every request. The reason he would not take the call, he was golfing.

As the author says, golf was a common theme in many of his stories. The second time we lost Bin Ladden, it was largely in part to golf. Intelligence had notified the White House that there was a two hour window in which we could get Bin Ladden. The first hour was just trying to get the President of the United States on the phone. He would not take the call because...he was golfing. After that first hour, he spent an hour debating it. You know the rest of the story. It starts on Septemeber 11, 2001.

There were many good stories this man had, and I'm going to buy the book on ebay as soon as I can. Speaking of ebay, keep you eye open for our nuclear release codes packet. The president always has on his person codes for the realease of nuclear weapons. Clinton lost his. Not only did his lose them, he didn't tell anyone about it. When the military aides and others began to suspect they pressured the president for an answer. He said he must have misplaced them, and had no idea how long they had been gone. Talk about irresponsible.

Good Luck!

One thing that Bro did do, and that Rogers did once (maybe twice) and not again, was have open forums where students could go and voice their opinons/concerns to him. And he did handle them well. Bro really was at BU to raise money and he did that well. He got rid of beer at tent party and lost a lot of his popularity with the students, but that was the year before we arrived, so we did not hear much about that. Now it is back this past year (that is beer at tent party), and people actually went this year, which is nice. (On a side note, student government gave Bro two going away gifts, a painting of BU and an orange and blue camping tent). I can not think of anything else that Bro did, but in his defense, I was still very proud of Bucknell during his years and no big problems appeared that made me want to vomit or punch him.

I would tend to agree with Dinkelmeyer (his second posting mind you. Fortunately I have no insight whatsoever into the subject matter of his first comment). Rogers was not very "presidential" in my opinion, and as ephemeral as that term is, I think it's true. He was not a strong leader, he did not affect any sort of change at Bucknell worth talking about or holding on to, and he certainly didn't listen or endear himself to the students (at least not to me). There is also the matter of our endowment dwindling to near nothing compared to what Bro Adams did for it while he was here. Granted, Adams seems like he is now bowing to the politically correct crowd at his new college, but while he was at Bucknell, didn't he do some good things? Chris, you would know more about this than any of us I think. Whatever the reason for the resignation, I would not expect the university to be very forthcoming on details. The school has certainly been going through a lot of changes lately, and Rogers hasn't been doing a very good job keeping up with them, or even addressing them responsibly. I for one, am not too sorry to see him go. I'm just worried about the quality of the next person they bring in to lead the school.

p.s. Not only did the Conservatives Club get the cover of the NYT Magazine, but Tom Elliot was on MSNBC, Charles was on MSNBC, Charles was on NPR (link found here), and now Charles and his girlfriend Denise will be on MSNBC together on Saturday evening on the Michael Savage show. He's a radio host from San Fran. My mom listens to him religiously, so that should give you an idea of his political bent (hint: not a liberal). It's all pretty damn sweet. Not as sweet as Iron Mike wanting to eat your babies and rape you and your mother, and not as sweet as Willie-style trying to take over the country again (who the hell was George Washington anyway?), but still pretty sweet in it's own special way. It's all over the place. Good. I like it. That is all.

Also, did you guys get the Bucknell e-mail about President Rogers retiring already from Bucknell? Wow. It's a good thing we spent all that money on him and his temperature-stable garage for his cars. Oh well. At least that's one down, two to go (Pollock and Ferraro need to be next). Then maybe I'll think about giving back to the school that gave me my degree. And maybe they'll be able to find a new president that A) actually listens to the words coming out of the students' mouths, and B) looks like a school president. We'll see.

There is no end to the man's shame. Bill Clinton has the audacity to claim we need the consitution changed so that he, though he claims it would not affect him, could run for a third term in office. Now keep in mind this is a man that perjured himself, had his own little party in the white house, getting oral favors while doing our nation's business, and doing shame to our presidency. This man has no respect for our nation or our heritage. He will do anything to serve himself and his legacy. If old Willie had any idea of our history he would know it's not simply the 22nd Amendment he is talking about tossing away, but a precedent set by George Washington that no president of this country should be in office more than two terms. Certainly FDR disregarded that, but under extraordinary circumstances. It also was not long after that that we had the new amendment in 1951, so apparently our leaders saw the problems Washington was fearful of over 150 years later.

On a lighter note, Imus was discussing the New York Times cover story on the conservative's club. Sadly I must report that Ed Norton has joined the ranks of Susan and Tim, Shaun, and Salma, Madona, and some college professors. He now has also admitted to being ashamed to be an American. We hardly knew ya' Edward. Thankfully Marky Mark, Dirk Digler to some, has said that some actors speaking out are just uneducated idiots and should keep their mouths shut until they know something. Way to go Dirk.

As of late I've been pretty content with the state of politics. The BS meter hasn't been hitting the red. I have, however, taken some time to draft a letter to Bucknell World about their official stance on race based admission. If you haven't yet had the chance to read it, be sure to do so. It's a good piece of Hallmark fiction. A posted copy is forthcoming.

On a final note for the morning, I've been hearing more and more about graduation ceremonies these past weeks where seperate ceremonies were held for different people. Now, these were not one ceremony for bachelor of science degrees, one for bachelor of arts. No, these are seperate graduations for minorities. After the first 30-minutes it took me to comprehend such lunacy, I found it strangely ironic that the same groups of people that spent decades, spilled blood and tears to overcome segregation are now asking for seperate graduation ceremonies. It's a thing of beauty to see a school strive for diversity to enhance the cultural understanding of it's students on the premise that many different skin colors equals many different ideas, only to have that four-year experience end in a throwback to a period of bitter-sweet nostalga where seperate schools, seperate water fountains, and seperate--but equal graduation ceremonies were commonplace.

As a note, one of the schools holding such ceremonies is the poster-boy for the benefits of affirmitive action...The University of Michigan. (Think recent Supreme Court case, and upcoming decision) Just so I can get this straight. Affirmitive action is a good thing because it allows minorities to get the extra push necessary to attend college so that we, as a society, can be better integrated and tolerant, but at the end of the education that is meant to make us color blind we are going to allow minority A, minority B, and all the white folks to have their own seperate ceremonies. Doesn't make much sense to this Welsh-Slav-Polish American.

I justed wanted to say that Matrix was amazing and I can't wait till november!!!

Good news for the stock investors out there. France is leading the way saying they will volunteer troops. I like that fact that the article brings up past failures to act by the UN like Rwanda and Bosina. They fail to mention Iraq. I think it is sad that the UN is trying to show how it can flex its muscle now after it failed. I think that they should pick and choice, they should stop this genocide in all countries. When the US gets involved everyone gets pissed. I think France and the UN are trying to show how they help people in need, even though they failed 2 months ago. France shouldn't worry about putting troops here, they won't lose and contracts like they did in Iraq.
Here is the link to the article: http://www.msnbc.com/news/913630.asp?0dm=H1APN

On another note, I went to a booksigning last night by Mike Durant for his book In The Company of Heroes. He was the Blackhawk pilot that was captured in Somali. He talked about his experience and the failures of the government then to support the troop and provide them witht he resources they needed to get the job done. He compared the operation in Iraq with Somali. He pointed out what you can do if you have an administration that supports the military and supplies it with the resources they need to get the job done. I will let you know how the book is.

Every day on the Shawn Hannity show he plays the Hillary speech and makes fun of it. I feel it is one of the most important thing we have is to voice our opinion of our leaders and their actions. But there is a point when you need to stop talking to hear your voice. I know New York gets a lot of hype and people say there's no where else like it. Well, I think DC deserves some of those same honors. Where else can you visit the home of the president, walk The Capital Building and Supreme Court. Our president has made it a mecca of democracy and freedom. No matter what the leftist guerrillas say, Bush has made me feel proud like never before and given a refreshed meaning to those monuments and tributes resting in our capital. Unlike many leading authors and 'intellectuals' like Howard Zinn, Danny Glover, Nancy Pelosi, Nobel Lauretes, and some College Professors, I feel proud when I see what America stands for.

I'll tell you what. Michael Moore's first movie, Roger and Me, was hardly a big buget, high profile film. It just had that certain underground, grassroots feel to it. But not until last night when I heard Waxman on MSNBC's Hardball did it all codify in my mind. The latest addition to Democrats' lexicon of whine is, "it's not unpatriotic."

Some of you may have heard the chalkboard nail screech of a speech by Hillary Clinton last week when she went on a rant about how it is not unpatriotic to challenge this president. Fair enough, but where was she getting this from? Before that we heard John Kerry criticize Raciot of the RNC for questioning his patriotism. Funny, I heard Raciot's statement and that never came up. Needless to say this new strategy was probably spawned by the Dixie Chicks supporters and some of the Hollywood nonsense claiming censorship and modern day McCarthysm. There is something unsightly ironic about Tim Robbins speaking on numerous networks in an event hosted by the press corp complaining about freedom of speech.

But back to the point and the event that made it all clear to me, last night Chris Matthews was interviewing Waxman about the complaints of Bush's landing on the carrier. He went off about how it was purely political, yadda, yadda, yadda...and then said he finds it disturbing that Republicans would attack Senator Byrds patriotism. Matthews, stunned at that remark questioned who exactly attacked Byrd's patriotism. Waxman, stumbled and said...The White House, Ari Fleischer in the press conference today. Matthews said he didn't hear anything like that, and asked Waxman what exactly was it that he said. Waxman, obviously horrified that he would have to answer to such a charge, stumbled, fumbled, and said I can't remeber exactly what the wording was.

Keep your ears open. They took a lesson from the OJ dream team. In saying the case wasn't about race, they made it about race. In saying, Democrats are not unpatriotic they are trying to create the assumption that Republicans are somehow claiming them to be so. It's nothing more than more distortions of the truth and envoking the all mighty power of the Clinton Spin Machine.

Also, I think that you guys would be interested to know that the guys at protestwarrior.com are going to make a movie about what they do and the weaknesses of the left. We always mused over his incoherent ramblings, and never gave them much credance because they were...well....mostly incoherent ramblings. Come to think of it, I don't think many people took him seriously. I felt sorry for the old man. He has been saying bad things about the administration in every one of his statements, but not until now has he been given any credit. He's criticizing Bush's landing on the USS Lincoln and giving a speech to the troops. It's funny that no news organizations gave this man any fame until he came out with this latest rant. No doubt it was because he was the only Democrat with the cohonies to say what they were all thinking. So give him credit for that, but don't give him credit for having a valid point.

Waxel (spelling) from California wants to know how much that landing cost. That's all good and fine. I can't help but sit back and laugh at this attacks. We go from a President that lied to a grand jury, sold some of our national security for campaign funds, broke a nine-time administration policy of stonewalling North Korea only to have them build weapons in secret, recieved oral favors while doing national business over the telephone, and passed up getting Osama Bin Laden...and the worst they can accuse GW of is costing tax payers money by landing on an aircraft carrier. Give it up. Presidents have always met with the troops after conflict ended. Clinton did it, Bush 1 did it, and so on and so on. I also find it difficult to blindfully accept anything resembling fiscal advice from elected officials in California.

Speaking of people from California. I have to say that Cali has been having some bad luck with your choice of states. I heard a bit of news that the Govenor or Illinois is thinking about taking over the casinos to raise money. Part of me isnt' that surprised. It's no secret the school wants to get a tighter grip on most activities happening at the school. They've been dealing blow after blow to houseparty, and they're moving everyone on campus. There's nothing new in that, but we've got to realize what motivates these people. To them house party and off campus parties are a black eye to their reputation. A Clintonesque dress stain. They go after them for the same reason that they attack the campus conservatives, it adds a bit of entropy to what they percieve to be an utopia.

Racial harmony and universal sexual acceptance make everyone feel warm and fuzzy. Students sitting in the libary on a friday night hard at work makes the school look like it's full of future Nobel Lauretes and Fields Medal winners. They're safeguarding that image as best they can, and for that I have to give the administration credit. If I were on the same mission as them I would do the same and play even harder. Unlike the deans and their mission and goals, the student body only has a 3-year memory. They can afford to act borderline-oppressive because they know in a short time it will be the stuff campus myths are made of.

I dont' recall meeting anyone from DU that I really liked, but if they want to stop this from happening they have to play ball even harder than the administration. Hit them where it hurts. Get the Fraternities together, the sororities and start having protests. Bring in the media, and for fun try and get a hold of some of those Princeton review people or stage it on an open house day. The only problem is once you start having mass frat/sorority protests you've crossed the Rubicon. You best get your message out in a hurry or else you will be squashed. (Think Iraqi revolution without US help.)

Well, I'm back. For the past few weeks I've been incommunicado, captured by some leftist guerillas from the hinter lands of Virginia. The goods news is I'm still watching the news and getting a hardy larf.

I have to go through the wealth of links and info you guys have posted, but I'll leave you with my latest pet peeve.

It's nothing new, but it keeps coming up. France. There is no end to their arrogance and their deceit. The Washington Times broke the story that France gave top ranking Iraqi officials passports so they can travel freely in Europe. I find it difficult to fathom the levels that these government people work on. Even if I search the bowels of my hipocracy I cannot even begin to touch these people. This is going to be something for the history books.

I don't know if any of you read the Opinion Journal, but last week before the Democratic debate they offered up a college style drinking game. This was rather unfounded until the other night when a guy I know was talking to the "guard" in the fieldhouse, who told him about a maintenence guy taking huge stacks of the paper away from teh distribution point. The guard follwed him, and asked why he was doing this, and the reply was somethign along the lines of, "because someone in the administration thought that it would hurt Ken Langone's feelings." More later today.

Wrong Adam! Langone is accused of securities fraud for improperly sharing customer profits by overcharging customers on intital public offerings during 1999 and 2000. It was in the Wall Street Journal apparently. There was also an artilcle about Molly Creamer going to the WNBA. She is playong for the NY Liberty. She is the first bucknellian to become a professional athlete.

I think it is funny that Langone gets nailed for secruities fraud when he was all about his principles at graduation. She proclaimed, "I'm a Republican."

But that's not all Doherty said. She also admitted that she's "a big supporter of President Bush" and that she has a picture of herself and Ari Fleischer on her fridge. She even mentioned meeting Donald Rumsfeld. Her impression? She told Daley, "I loved him."

It seems that Billy Bob Thornton has also bucked the Tinsel town trend. The actor sent over a truckload of baby wipes to the servicemen and women with a note that read: "God bless you! Come back safe ... We all support you!"

And Arnold Schwarzenegger helped muscle away the blues of some hospitalized soldiers. He showed up at the Bethesda Naval Base in Maryland to meet with those who had been wounded in combat in Iraq.

The Left Coast Report says it's good to know that in the land of lefty dreams there are still some right fielders.

WATCH THIS WATCH THIS WATCH THIS!!!!! Amazing and unbelievable, but apparently all real. Hopefulyl you all had a good Easter weekend. I gorged myself at a big Easter brunch my uncle throws every year.
